Abstract
Предложена система и способ динамической оценки срока эксплуатации гибкой трубы на основе предшествующих данных. Представлено подробное описание способов, предусматривающих использование устройства контроля и системы, которые обеспечивают точное определение усталостной долговечности гибкой трубы, частично на основании ориентации гибких труб в процессе эксплуатации. Данная функция может быть осуществлена посредством контроля сварного шва гибкой трубы. Кроме того, надежность гибкой трубы в процессе эксплуатации может определяться на постоянной основе посредством получения акустических данных во время выполнения операции. В любом случае, устройство контроля может представлять собой устройство, функционирующее на основе использования метода рассеяния магнитного потока.
