Abstract

Un método para determinar el riesgo de desarrollar escoliosis que comprende monitorear la expresión de la osteopontina (OPN) en una muestra de un sujeto a través del tiempo; en donde la expresión de la OPN que incrementa en la muestra del sujeto a través del tiempo, es indicativo de que el sujeto está en riesgo de desarrollar escoliosis.
