Предложенный набор реагентов включает по меньшей мере два олигонуклеотидных праймера для полимеразной цепной реакции, обеспечивающих специфическую амплификацию фрагмента ДНК Chlamydia trachomatis, лежащего внутри участка криптической плазмиды Chlamydia trachomatis последовательности SEQ ID NO:1. Размер амплифицируемого фрагмента составляет от 70 до 110 пар нуклеотидов. Также предложено применение описанного набора реагентов для выявления ДНК Chlamydia trachomatis в биологических образцах. Группа изобретений позволяет с высокой чувствительностью и специфичностью выявлять все клинически значимые штаммы/генотипы/серовары урогенитального биовара Chlamydia trachomatis с помощью единственной мишени полимеразной цепной реакции.The group of inventions relates to medicine, more specifically to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to detect Chlamydia trachomatis DNA in biological samples by the method of polymerase chain reaction. The size of the amplified fragment ranges from 70 to 110 base pairs. Also proposed the use of the described set of reagents for the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis DNA in biological samples. The group of inventions allows to identify all clinically significant strains / genotypes / serovars of the urogenital biovar Chlamydia trachomatis with high sensitivity and specificity using a single target polymerase chain reaction.
