Изобретение относится к транспортным средствам, а именно к конструкции рамы шасси автомобиля с независимой подвеской. Рама выполнена лестничного типа и содержит лонжероны (1) постоянного швеллерного сечения, поперечины (2-4), соединяющие их. Лонжероны (1) выполнены со скосом (5) в передней части. Поперечина (2) размещена спереди рамы, выполнена замкнутого прямоугольного сечения и имеет две прорези (6) на вертикальной стенке. Поперечина в плане выполнена в форме усеченной трапеции и обращена к раме меньшей стороной. Поперечина (3) предназначена для установки различных буксирных устройств, размещена в конце рамы и выполнена с отверстием (7) для установки тягово-сцепного устройства. К полкам лонжеронов (1) закреплены вставки (8) с образованием закрытого контура, при этом на вставках (8) и лонжеронах (1) выполнены отверстия (9), в местах размещения которых закреплены трубчатые поперечины (4). По периметру лонжеронов в месте выполнения скоса (5) закреплены усилители (10, 11 и 12), соответственно боковые, верхние и нижние, выполненные с отверстиями (13) для крепления сваркой. Боковые усилители (10) имеют отгибы (14), которые вставлены в прорези (6) передней поперечины (2), а также внутренние и внешние ребра жесткости (15). К нижним усилителям (12) жестко закреплены элементы (16) для строповки, имеющие отверстия (17). Особое усиление передней части рамы связано с установкой на ней кабины. Технический результат заключается в повышении надежности конструкции за счет улучшения прочностных характеристик.The invention relates to vehicles, namely, to the design of the chassis frame of a car with independent suspension. The frame is made of ladder type and contains spars (1) of constant channel section, cross-pieces (2-4) connecting them. The spars (1) are made with a bevel (5) in the front. The crossbar (2) is placed in front of the frame, is made of a closed rectangular section and has two slots (6) on the vertical wall. The cross-beam in the plan is made in the form of a truncated trapezium and is turned to the frame by a smaller side. The crossbar (3) is designed to install various towing devices, is placed at the end of the frame and is made with a hole (7) for installing the drawbar. The flanges (8) are fixed to the flanges of the side members (8) with the formation of a closed contour, with openings (9) on the inserts (8) and the side members (1), at the locations of which the tubular crossbars (4) are fixed. Amplifiers (10, 11 and 12) are fixed along the perimeter of the side members at the place of the bevel (5), respectively, side, top and bottom, made with holes (13) for fastening by welding. The side amplifiers (10) have bends (14), which are inserted into the slots (6) of the front cross member (2), as well as the internal and external stiffeners (15). The lower amplifiers (12) are rigidly fixed elements (16) for slinging, having openings (17). The special reinforcement of the front part of the frame is connected with the installation of the cabin on it. The technical result is to increase the reliability of the structure by improving the strength characteristics.
