Изобретение относится к литейному производству по получению изделий в основном из термопластичного полимера литьем под давлением, преимущественно толстостенных изделий. Техническое решение изобретения может также распространяться и на получение изделий из других материалов. Задачей изобретения является получение технического результата по предотвращению образования усадочных раковин внутри толстостенных отливок путем управления процессом застывания их материала. Поставленная задача решается тем, что способ получения толстостенных отливок из полимерного материала, заключающийся в том, что в литьевой форме преобразуют расплав полимерного материала в отливку (8), которая извлекается оттуда и застывает, имеет отличительные признаки: в процессе застывания отливки (8) ее принудительно отверждают с различной скоростью. Варианты выполнения изобретения: применена литьевая форма с изменяемым объемом своей полости, в которой расположен подвижный поршень с возможностью в процессе литья отодвигаться назад, обеспечивая перемешивание расплава полимерного материала; изменяемый объем полости литьевой формы обеспечен за счет того, что литьевая форма содержит подвижный поршень; извлекают отливку из литьевой формы путем ее выталкивания подвижным поршнем; принудительное отверждение отливки с различной скоростью осуществляется на основе теплоизоляции некоторых ее поверхностей, например торцов, с помощью теплоизоляционного материала (17); принудительное отверждение отливки с различной скоростью осуществляется на основе подогрева некоторых ее поверхностей; принудительное отверждение отливки с различной скоростьюThe invention relates to foundry for the production of products mainly from thermoplastic polymer by injection molding, mainly thick-walled products.
