Предложена система направляющих опор ленточного конвейера, в которой предусмотрены жёстко установленные на отдельных осях отдельные по меньшей мере один центральный направляющий элемент и боковые направляющие элементы, выполненные в виде по меньшей мере двух пар направляющих колёс попарно различного диаметра. Оси всех направляющих элементов размещены перпендикулярно направлению перемещения конвейерной ленты и установлены с фиксацией от линейных смещений на противолежащих сторонах става с возможностью свободного вращения под действием фрикционных сил, возникающих в процессе перемещения конвейерной ленты. The support system and the conveyor provide a high degree of maintainability, eliminate or significantly reduce the risk of skewing of the conveyor belt, have higher reliability and durability at a significantly lower cost and simplicity of design.
