Abstract

Описывается способ термохимической модификации древесины, где модификация достигается путем ряда химических реакций веществ, содержащихся в структуре древесины, протекающих в результате воздействия на древесину температур, при которых начинается пиролиз, т.е. температур в диапазоне 180-240°С; процесс модификации выполняется в вакуумном баке-автоклаве с постоянным поддержанием внутреннего давления ниже атмосферного в диапазоне 70-350 мбар абсолютного давления и состоит из этапов предварительного нагрева, фактической тепловой обработки и охлаждения древесной массы.
