Abstract
Способ выполнения портативного генератора истинно случайных чисел, основанный на микроструктуре и шумах, которые находятся в цифровых изображениях, заявлен и его суть раскрыта. При использовании низших значащих бит оцифрованных изображений производится извлечение строк двоичной информации. Эти исходные ряды должны пройти тесты по протоколам DIEHARD, NIST и ENT на предмет их случайности для надежного выбора естественных изображений. Эта информация является доступной и может быть подвергнута обработке с помощью технологического оборудования, которое находится в продаже, т.е. смартфонов или других встроенных приборов без необоснованных ограничений в плане физических параметров и влияния окружающей среды. Этот значительно улучшенный способ представляет новое слово в технологии портативных средств для генерации истинно случайных чисел для всех систем безопасности, для криптографии и для приложений, служащих изучению паранормальных явлений.
