Техническое решение относится к области обработки металлов давлением, в частности к изготовлению проволоки методом ее многократного волочения. Техническим результатом является повышение микросплошности поверхности проволоки, ее прочности ее электропроводности, а также снижение затрат на изготовление проволоки. Технический результат получен способом изготовления проволоки, характеризующимся тем, что осуществляют холодное волочение проволочных заготовок через калиброванный волок, проводят отжиг и естественное охлаждение заготовок в холодной печи, имеющей температуру окружающей среды, далее разогревают в печи до 350-450°С и выдерживают в нагретом состоянии. После заготовки остужают и сваривают их концы, образуя длинную плеть, которую подвергают волочению, причем изложенный цикл обработки плети проволочной заготовки проводят многократно.The technical solution relates to the field of metal forming, in particular to the manufacture of wire by the method of its repeated drawing.
