Abstract

Изобретение относится к области переработки угля, в частности получения из угля полукокса, сорбентов и генераторного газа, сжигаемого в котле для получения тепловой энергии. Задача изобретения - повышение эффективности переработки угля и качества производимого во всем диапазоне фракционного состава, включая мелкодисперсный полукокс, и получение дополнительной тепловой энергии для использования в самом способе переработки угля или нужд других потребителей. Технический результат - повышение качества полукокса, сокращение удельного расхода угля на производство готового продукта и соответственно снижение его себестоимости за счет увеличения интенсивности воздействия на перерабатываемый уголь. Это достигается за счет того, что кипящему слою предана функция циркулирующего за счет подачи двух воздушных потоков: первичного под газораспределительную решетку, а вторичного - в зону кипящего слоя и в пространство над ним, при этом температура обеих потоков по всему контуру циркуляции постоянна и равна 800-950°С.The invention relates to the field of coal processing, in particular the production of coal char, sorbents and generator gas burned in a boiler to produce thermal energy from coal. The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of coal processing and the quality of the fractional composition produced throughout the whole range, including fine semi-coke, and to obtain additional thermal energy for use in the very method of coal processing or the needs of other consumers. The technical result is to improve the quality of the char, reduce the specific consumption of coal for the production of the finished product and, accordingly, reduce its cost by increasing the intensity of the impact on the processed coal. This is achieved due to the fact that the fluidized bed has the function of circulating due to the supply of two air streams: the primary under the gas distribution grid, and the secondary through the fluidized bed zone and into the space above it, while the temperature of both streams throughout the circulation circuit is constant and equal to 800 -950 ° C.
