Abstract
Технический результат: расширение арсенала средств для фильтрации транспортируемой среды, которое обеспечивает высокую степень очистки за счет использования каскадного принципа. Промывной фильтр содержит корпус 1 с муфтовыми патрубками 2, 3 на одной оси, а также расположенный перпендикулярно относительно указанной оси узел фильтрации со стаканом 5 и фильтрующим элементом 6 в виде гильзы. Просвет полости корпуса 1 между входным 2 и выходным 3 муфтовыми патрубками перекрыт разделительной перемычкой 7. Корпус 1 выполнен с обращенным наружу кольцевым центрирующим элементом 8, проходящим по разделительной перемычке 7 и части 9 корпуса 1, по центру которого расположено входное отверстие 10 узла фильтрации, открытое в полость 11 входного муфтового патрубка 2. Стакан 5 выполнен с расположенными на его дне 12 кольцевым центрирующим элементом 13 и перекрываемым узлом сброса фильтруемой среды 14 и герметично закреплен по краю 17 на корпусе 1. Фильтрующий элемент 6 торцом 20 расположен в кольцевом центрирующем элементе 8, а торцом 21 - в кольцевом центрирующем элементе 13. Внутренние боковые стенки 22 и 23 стакана 5 и корпуса 1 расположены на расстоянии от наружной поверхности 24 фильтрующего элемента 6 для образования расположенной вокруг него кольцевой полости 25, сообщающейся с полостью 26 выходного муфтового патрубка 3. Фильтрующий элемент 6 включает наружный 27 и внутренний 28 фильтрующие цилиндры в форме обечаек из сетки, установленные друг в друге концентрично с зазором 29 относительно сопряженных боковых поверхностей и с закреплением торцами 20 и 21 в верхней 30 и нижней 31 обоймах в форме колец.
