Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу управления и оптимизации процессом производства по меньшей мере одного материала и продукта, полученного из композиционного материала. Следовательно, устройство управления производством обеспечивается тремя различными группами параметров, а именно, повторно определенные измеряемые параметры, номинальные параметры и корректирующие параметры, где измеряемый и номинальный параметры могут бьть выбраны из группы, включающей параметры процесса, параметры состава материала и параметры свойств продукта. Корректирующие параметры могут быть выбраны из группы, включающей параметры процесса и параметры состава. В качестве эталонных значений устройство управления производством обеспечивается номинальным параметром. Во время первой стадии производства измеряют по меньшей мере один измеряемый параметр, и устройство управления производством обеспечивается измеренными значениями. Если есть значительное отклонение значений от номинальных параметров, устройство устанавливает по меньшей мере один корректирующий параметр на основе измеряемого параметра и на основе номинального параметра, таким образом рассматривается любое взаимодействие между различными параметрами, вызванное изменениями любогопараметра.
