Abstract
Предложен способ получения 6-аминоциклопента[g]хиназолинов в энантиомерно обогащенной форме. В частности, указанный способ может быть применим для синтеза N-{N-{4-[N-((6S)-2-гидроксиметил-4-оксо-3,4,7,8-тетрагидро-6Н-циклопента[g]хиназолин-6-ил)-N-(проп-2-инил)амино]бензоил}-L-γ-глутамил}-D-глутаминовой кислоты (ONX-0801).
