Abstract

Изобретение относится к форме для гибки стекла, содержащей твердый ячеистый материал, ячейки которого образуют полости на формовочной поверхности, причем указанные ячейки составляют более 40% объема материала. Речь идет об устройстве с низкой теплоемкостью для гибки стеклянных листов в рамках получения закаленного или многослойного стекла. Изобретение относится также к способу получения гибочной формы, содержащему сборку металлических листов разной формы, расположенных параллельно друг другу, чтобы образовать ячеистый блок, затем механическую обработку формовочной поверхности указанного блока, причем указанная поверхность расположена, по существу, перпендикулярно металлическим листам.
