Abstract
Способ управления бойлером, оборудованным атмосферной горелкой и содержащим клапан для управления газом, направляемым в горелку (14), средство (10) для детектирования пламени в последней, а также средство (13) управления функциональными компонентами бойлера, такими как газовый клапан (15), вентилятор, оснащенный собственным электрическим двигателем, циркуляционный насос или помпа, температурный датчик, при этом упомянутое средство (13) управления взаимодействует с запоминающим устройством (12), в котором множество оптимальных рабочих состояний бойлера представляют собой табулированные функции характеристик, связанных с пламенем, тепловой мощностью и величиной лямбда. Рабочая точка бойлера определяется на одной из таких кривых, изменяется пропорция между воздухом для горения и газом, начиная с текущего рабочего значения, с целью сдвига такой рабочей точки вдоль такой кривой, при этом проверяется, приводит ли такое изменение пропорции к достижению заданного значения, и в этом случае прежняя рабочая пропорция между воздухом и газом восстанавливается, в обратном случае скорость потока газа изменяется с целью достижения оптимальной пропорции для горения. Заявлено также устройство, предназначенное для осуществления такого способа.
