Датчик системы контроля занятости пути включает блок формирования первичного сигнала, выполненный с возможностью установления в непосредственной близости от рельса, при этом блок формирования первичного сигнала включает по меньшей мере три катушки индуктивности и по меньшей мере один питающий их генератор, при этом датчик включает блок приема первичного сигнала, выполненный с возможностью приема соответствующих первичных сигналов с каждой катушки индуктивности, блок преобразования сигнала, выполненный с возможностью преобразования поступающих из блока приема отдельных сигналов в составной цифровой сигнал и передатчик, выполненный с возможностью передачи составного цифрового сигнала. Таким образом, заявляемое изобретение за счет оптимальной трехканальной конструкции и повышения помехозащищенности передачи информации обеспечивает повышение надежности датчика системы контроля занятости пути, а также повышение достоверности и точности измерения воздействия подвижной единицы на датчик системы при прохождении контрольного участка пути. Также в заявляемом изобретении обеспечивается снижение потребляемой мощности датчика, а также увеличение функциональности датчика в целом.
