Abstract

Арматура композитная, содержащая стержень с обмоткой, выполненные из волокнистого наполнителя, пропитанного полимерным связующим на основе эпоксидной смолы и отвердителя. Арматура содержит 60-80% волокнистого наполнителя и 20-40% связующего, включающего, мас.%: эпоксидно-новолачную смолу - 50-60, аминный отвердитель - 40-50. Эпоксидно-новолачная смола содержит, мас.%: диановую эпоксидную смолу - 47-80, модификатор на основе простых полиэфиров, содержащих глицедиловые группы, - 10-25, продукт, полученный эпоксидированием олигомера гидроксифенилена из алкилрезорцина, - 10-28. Обеспечивает повышение устойчивости арматуры к длительному воздействию высоких температур, высокие показатели прочности, эластичности, устойчивость к агрессивным средам, высокую скорость отверждения связующего.The invention relates to reinforcing products, in particular to reinforcing products of a periodic profile for the manufacture of products from concrete, aerated concrete by the method of hot molding with simultaneous exposure to corrosive media. The epoxy novolac resin contains, in wt.%: Diane epoxy resin — 47–80, modifier based on polyethers containing glycenyl groups — 10–25, the product obtained by epoxidizing the hydroxyphenylene oligomer from alkylresorcin, 10–28. Provides an increase in the resistance of the reinforcement to long-term exposure to high temperatures, high strength, elasticity, resistance to aggressive media, high curing rate of the binder.
