Abstract

Изобретение относится к производству фосфорных удобрений, широко используемых в сельском хозяйстве. Способ получения фосфорного удобрения включает смешение нагретой до 75-85°С фосфорной кислоты концентрации 48-50% POс кальцийсодержащим сырьем и ретуром в смесителе, грануляцию и дозревание смеси, сушку до остаточной влажности 1-3% и классификацию продукта, причем в качестве кальцийсодержащего сырья берут дефекат с влажностью 4-15%, в смеситель вводят абсорбционные растворы с поддержанием соотношения расхода абсорбционного раствора к дефекату в пределах 0,15-0,30, а смешение проводят до массового соотношения СаО/РОв смеси в пределах (0,45-0,88):1. Способ позволяет получать фосфорное удобрение пролонгированного действия, а также регулировать содержание лимоннорастворимого и водорастворимого фосфатов и их соотношение в продукте при минимальном присутствии свободной кислотности (менее 1,0%).The invention relates to the production of phosphate fertilizers, widely used in agriculture.
