Abstract
Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że częściowo odwodnione osady ściekowe zawierające od 15 do 30% wagowych suchej masy osadu miesza się z biomasą roślinną, a uzyskaną mieszaninę formuje się mechanicznie poprzez wyciskanie do postaci nitek lub granulatu. Jako biomas roślinną stosuje się odpady roślinne o wilgotności do 25%, zawierające rozdrobnione włókna celulozowe o długości do 1 cm i wymiarze poprzecznym od 0,1 do 1,0 mm, które dodaje się do osadu ściekowego w ilości od 10 do 35% wagowych do uzyskania mieszaniny o wilgotności od 45% do 65%, odczynie pH 5,5-6,5 i zawartości substancji organicznej od 40%-80% przy stosunku C:N około 25-35.
