Abstract

The method is characterized in that partially dehydrated sewage sludge containing from 15 to 30% by weight of dry matter of the sludge is mixed with plant biomass, and the obtained mixture is mechanically formed by pressing into threads or granules. Vegetable waste with a moisture content of up to 25%, containing ground cellulose fibers up to 1 cm in length and transverse dimension from 0.1 to 1.0 mm, which is added to the sludge in an amount of 10 to 35% by weight is used as plant biomass. obtaining a mixture with a humidity of 45% to 65%, a pH of 5.5-6.5 and an organic content of 40% -80% at a C: N ratio of about 25-35. Then the mixture is subjected to autothermal processes with the participation of thermophilic bacteria for one to seven days, after which the resulting mixture with a water content of 40 to 50% by weight is again added vegetable waste with a moisture content of up to 25%, containing ground cellulose fibers up to 1 cm in transverse dimension from 0.1 to 1.0 mm, in an amount from 5% to 10% by weight, and after mixing is formed by extrusion and then seasoning.
