Изобретение относится к области броневых многослойных конструкций и касается защиты закрытых объемов, образованных, например, на транспортных средствах или в зданиях банков, с обеспечением пулестойкости, огнестойкости и устойчивости к взлому таких объемов. Задача изобретения состоит в сокращении длительности и в повышении универсальности способа создания броневой защиты транспортных средств, а также в повышении универсальности применения защитной панели для такого способа, в упрощении ее конструкции, технологии производства и сборки, в повышении огнестойкости, а также в улучшении ее тепловой и звуковой изоляции. Защитная панель состоит из металлических 1-3 и неметаллических 4, 5 слоев. Металлические слои 1-3 скреплены друг с другом неметаллическими слоями 4, 5, выполненными путем напыления и отверждения пенополиуретана на металлических слоях 1-3, при этом как минимум один из металлических слоев 2 выполнен из листа термоупрочненной стали 44. Способ создания броневой защиты транспортных средств включает в себя изготовление множества описанных выше защитных панелей и последующее формирование из них объемных элементов транспортного средства. За счет введения в состав неметаллических слоев упомянутых специальных добавок защитная панель обладает повышенной огнестойкостью, так как не распространяет горение, в результате, например, ее пробития более сильными элементами поражения от выстрела или взрыва, обеспечивая при этом низкое дымо- и газовыделение. Это повышает качество броневой защиты транспортных средств.The invention relates to the field of armored multilayer structures and relates to the protection of closed volumes, formed, for example, on vehicles or in bank buildings, with the provision of bullet resistance, fire resistance and resistance to cracking of such volumes. The objective of the invention is to reduce the duration and increase the versatility of the method of creating armor protection of vehicles, as well as to increase the versatility of the protective panel for this method, to simplify its design, production technology and assembly, to increase fire resistance, and to improve its thermal and sound insulation. The protective panel consists of metal 1-3 and non-metal 4, 5 layers. Metal layers 1-3 are bonded to each other by non-metal layers 4, 5, made by spraying and curing polyurethane foam on metal layers 1-3, while at least one of metal layers 2 is made of heat-treated steel sheet 44. A method of creating armor protection for vehicles includes the manufacture of many of the above described protective panels and the subsequent formation of the bulk elements of the vehicle. Due to the introduction of the above-mentioned special additives into the non-metallic layers, the protective panel has a high fire resistance, since it does not propagate combustion, as a result of, for example, penetrating it with stronger elements of damage from a shot or explosion, while ensuring low smoke and gas emission. This improves the quality of armor protection of vehicles.
