Abstract
Этот способ изготовления слоистого оконного стекла, в котором между двумя подложками, выполняющими функцию стекла, вставляют вставку для получения слоистой структуры, является таким, что предварительно на образце указанной вставки при помощи анализатора вязкости осуществляют измерение модуля Юнга Е, изменяя температуру и частоту, прикладывая постоянное динамическое смещение; осуществляют цифровую обработку полученных кривых при помощи законов ВЛФ (WLF) (Williams, Landel, Ferry), чтобы установить закон поведения E(f) материала, образующего образец вставки, при данной температуре; создают цифровую модель, основанную на методе конечных элементов при изгибе пластины слоистого оконного стекла, используя механические характеристики образца, полученные на предыдущих этапах; сопоставляют результаты цифрового расчета с результатами, полученными по аналитическим формулам, в которых участие вставки в передаче напряжения сдвига в слоистом оконном стекле представлено коэффициентом передачи ω; изменяют коэффициент передачи ω в аналитических формулах до совпадения результатов; путем последовательной итерации строят передаточную функцию ω=f(E).
