Abstract

Твердое топливо можно преобразовать в чистый горячий печной газ с низким содержанием летучих органических соединений (ЛОС), NOx и пыли, а также чистой золы с низким содержанием углерода, посредством термического реактора, разделенного на стадии, где процесс конверсии твердого топлива осуществляют в отдельных вертикальных стадиях (снизу вверх): выгорание золы, окисление и превращение в газ угля, пиролиз, стадия сушки и сжигания газа, где сжигается газ из газогенератора.
