Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу разделения платины (II, IV) и родия (III) в соляно-кислых водных растворах. Способ включает сорбцию платины (II, IV) и родия (III) путем контакта раствора с сильноосновным анионитом и последующую десорбцию с анионита. При этом сорбцию осуществляют из свежеприготовленных и выдержанных растворов на анионите Purolite A-500, содержащем в качестве функциональной группы четвертичное аммонийное основание. Десорбцию с анионита осуществляют в два этапа: на первом - через 24 ч после контакта 2 М раствором NHLiSCN или 2 М раствором KNOдля извлечения платины. На втором этапе - еще через 24 ч 2 М раствором HCl или 1 М раствором тиомочевины в 2 М растворе HSOдля извлечения родия. Техническим результатом изобретения является упрощение и удешевление способа разделения платины и родия и возможность его проведения не только в свежеприготовленных, но и в выдержанных соляно-кислых растворах. Способ является экологически безопасным.The invention relates to a method for separating platinum (II, IV) and rhodium (III) in hydrochloric acid aqueous solutions. The method includes the sorption of platinum (II, IV) and rhodium (III) by contacting the solution with a strongly basic anionite and subsequent desorption from the anionite. The sorption is carried out from freshly prepared and aged solutions on the Purolite A-500 anion exchanger containing a quaternary ammonium base as a functional group. Desorption from the anionite is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, 24 h after contact with a 2 M NHLiSCN solution or a 2 M KNO solution to extract platinum. At the second stage, after another 24 h, 2 M HCl solution or 1 M thiourea solution in 2 M HSO solution to extract rhodium. The technical result of the invention is to simplify and reduce the cost of the method for separating platinum and rhodium and the possibility of its implementation not only in freshly prepared, but also in aged hydrochloric acid solutions. The method is environmentally friendly.
