Abstract
Изобретение относится к компьютеризированной загрузке доменной печи, оснащённой автоматизированной установкой загрузки через колошник и бункером для загрузки партиями. Предлагается получение набора данных номинальной загрузки, отражающего номинальную загрузку доменной печи и содержащего множество записей о загрузочном материале, при этом каждая запись о загрузочном материале содержит тип материала и взаимосвязанное количество номинальной загрузки, формирование графического пользовательского интерфейса на дисплее, содержащего поля данных партии для ввода и отображения множества наборов данных партии для предварительной конфигурации партий сырьевого материала, при этом каждый набор данных партии содержит по меньшей мере одну запись комплектования партии, при этом каждая запись комплектования партии содержит тип материала и взаимосвязанную с ним пропорцию комплектования партии. Согласно изобретению пропорция комплектования партии, взаимосвязанная с типом материала в записи комплектования, используется для предварительного определения соотношения между количеством, подлежащим содержанию в партии, и количеством номинальной загрузки с помощью пропорции комплектования партии и количества номинальной загрузки. Также согласно изобретению способ содержит вычисление для соответствующего типа материала каждой записи комплектования партии, основываясь на пропорции комплектования партии и количестве номинальной загрузки, взаимосвязанного с соответствующим типом материала, взаимосвязанного количества комплектования партии, которое бункер должен обеспечить в партии, как предварительно
