Abstract

MÉTODO E SISTEMA COMPUTACIONAL PARA CONTROLAR O CARREGAMENTO DE UM ALTO-FORNO A invenção se refere ao carregamento implementado por computador de altos-fornos equipados com uma instalação de carregamento de topo automatizada e com uma instalação de alimentação de material para o carregamento em lotes. A invenção propõe: a obtenção de um conjunto de dados de carga nominal que reflita uma carga nominal de alto-forno que se adéqüe a uma composição de carregamento predeterminada, o referido conjunto de dados de carga nominal compreendendo vários registros de material de carga, com cada registro de material de carga compreendendo um tipo de material e uma quantidade de carga nominal associada; a geração de uma interface gráfica de usuário que compreenda campos de dados de lote para a introdução e a exibição de vários conjuntos de dados de lotes para pré-configurar lotes, cada registro de loteamento compreendo um tipo de material e uma proporção de loteamento associada. De acordo com a invenção, a proporção de loteamento associada a um tipo de material em um registro de loteamento é utilizada para pré-definir uma razão entre a quantidade que deve estar contida em um lote e a quantidade de carga nominal. Ainda de acordo com a invenção, o método compreende o cálculo, para o respectivo tipo de material de cada registro de loteamento, com base na proporção de loteamento e na quantidade de carga nominal associada que a referida instalação de alimentação de material deve fornecer em um lote conforme pré-configurado pelo conjunto de dados de lote.
