Abstract
Предложен синхронный явно-полюсный генератор, который включает статор, содержащий сердечники статора, расположенные на спинке статора, и обмотки сердечников статора, а также явно-полюсный ротор, который установлен в генераторе с возможностью вращения относительно статора и магнитного взаимодействия с ним и который содержит магниты с полюсами возбуждения и втулку ротора, на которой установлены указанные магниты. Предлагаемый генератор отличается тем, что статор может располагаться снаружи или внутри ротора, а также может состоять из внутреннего и внешнего статора, между которыми располагается ротор. При этом статор, а в случае составного статора - обе его части, включает стальной полый цилиндр с радиальными окнами, который расположен между статором, при этом сердечники статора проходят через указанные окна, так что торцы этих сердечников расположены, по существу, вровень с поверхностью цилиндра, внешней по отношению к статору. При такой конструкции магнитное поле магнитов ротора свободно скользит по поверхности цилиндра и торцов сердечника статора вследствие того, что магнитная напряженность при взаимодействии с цилиндром и магнитная напряженность при взаимодействии с сердечниками статора одинаковы. In this case, the stator, and in the case of a composite stator - both its parts, includes a steel hollow cylinder with radial windows, which is located between the stator, while the stator cores pass through these windows, so that the ends of these cores are located essentially flush with the cylinder surface external to the stator. With this design, the magnetic field of the rotor magnets freely slides over the surface of the cylinder and the ends of the stator core due to the fact that the magnetic intensity when interacting with the cylinder and the magnetic intensity when interacting with the stator cores are the same. The technical result achieved by the present invention is to prevent the manifestation of the effect of "sticking", reducing the loss of kinetic energy and, as a consequence, increasing the efficiency of the generator.
