Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к методам получения материалов с включёнными в них жизнеспособными микроорганизмами. В частности, эти материалы изготавливаются в условиях воздействия высокой температуры и/или высокого давления, а включение в них микроорганизмов осуществляется до или в процессе таких условий. Кроме того, в настоящем изобретении представлены микроорганизмы, сохраняющие свою жизнеспособность в таких условиях, и имеющие широкую область применения, зависящую от природы материала.
