Система для обнаружения дефектов в пленочном изделии (20), содержащая эмиттерный зонд (10), соединенный с электрическим источником питания (14), причем зонд (10) выполнен с возможностью введения в полость изделия (20); датчик (15) для восприятия электрического разряда с зонда (10); транспортную систему для сближения зонда и датчика; процессор для измерения разности потенциалов между зондом и датчиком, причем процессор выполнен с возможностью обнаружения дефекта на основе указанных измерений.
