Изобретение относится к двигателю, содержащему цилиндр (2), который участвует в ограничении камеры (3); первый поршень (4), причем первый поршень (4) и цилиндр (2) выполнены с возможностью осуществления первого относительного возвратно-поступательного движения; вращающийся выходной вал (8), второй поршень (14), причем второй поршень (14) и цилиндр (2) выполнены с возможностью осуществления второго относительного возвратно-поступательного движения, а выходной вал (8) установлен коаксиально поршням (4, 14), первое средство преобразования первого относительного возвратно-поступательного движения во вращательное движение выходного вала (8), содержащее, с одной стороны, волнистую первую направляющую дорожку (9) и, с другой стороны, первый направляющий элемент (10), который выполнен с возможностью перемещения вдоль первой направляющей дорожки (9); первый регулировочный орган (5) для регулировки положения первой направляющей дорожки (9).
