Abstract
Система для определения по меньшей мере одного показателя из показателя рефлюкса крови и показателя повышенного сопротивления крови в церебральных венах у пациента, включающая набор источников выявления (TCCS, ECD) для выявления: i) рефлюкса крови по меньшей мере в одной из глубоких церебральных вен, ii) рефлюкса крови по меньшей мере в одной из внутренних яремных и/или позвоночных вен; iii) стеноза по меньшей мере в одной из внутренних яремных вен, iv) недостаточности выявляемого допплерографией кровотока по меньшей мере в одной из внутренней яремной и/или позвоночной вен; и v) отрицательной разности между площадью поперечного сечения по меньшей мере одной из внутренних яремных вен в положении лежа на спине и в положении стоя указанного пациента. Система, кроме того, включает модуль обработки (PC), функционально соединенный с указанным набором источников выявления (TCCS, ECD) для регистрации состояния, при котором по меньшей мере два из показателей с i) по v) положительны, так что модуль обработки (PC) подает рекомендательный сигнал при регистрации указанного состояния.
