Abstract
Способ снижения содержания серы в углеводородном потоке, включающий подачу углеводородного потока, включающего органические соединения серы, в каталитический дистилляционный реактор, имеющий одну или несколько реакционных зон гидрообессеривания; подачу водорода в каталитический дистилляционный реактор; одновременно с этим, в каталитическом дистилляционном реакторе фракционирование углеводородного потока на тяжелую фракцию и легкую фракцию; осуществление контакта водорода и легкой фракции с образованием HS и легкой фракции с пониженным содержанием серы; отвод легкой фракции, HS и водорода в виде верхнего погона; отвод тяжелой фракции; нагревание верхнего погона до температуры от 500 до 700°F (260-371°С); подачу нагретого верхнего погона и водорода в высокотемпературный реактор низкого давления с получением HS и выходящего из реактора потока с пониженным содержанием меркаптанов; разделение выходящего из реактора потока, HS и непрореагировавшего водорода с получением легкой углеводородной фракции и фракции, включающей HS и водород; рециркуляцию части легкой углеводородной фракции в каталитический дистилляционный реактор.A method for reducing the sulfur content in a hydrocarbon stream, comprising feeding a hydrocarbon stream containing organic sulfur compounds to a catalytic distillation reactor having one or more hydrodesulfurization reaction zones; feeding hydrogen to a catalytic distillation reactor; at the same time, in a catalytic distillation reactor, fractionating the hydrocarbon stream into a heavy fraction and a light fraction; contacting hydrogen and light fraction with the formation of HS and light fraction with a reduced sulfur content; removal of light fraction, HS and hydrogen in the form of overhead; removal of the heavy fraction; heating the overhead to a temperature of 500 to 700 ° F (260-371 ° C); feeding the heated overhead and hydrogen to a low pressure high temperature reactor to produce HS and a mercaptan-depleted reactor effluent; separating the effluent from the reactor, HS and unreacted hydrogen to obtain a light hydrocarbon fraction and a fraction comprising HS and hydrogen; recycling part of the light hydrocarbon fraction to the catalytic distillation reactor.
