Abstract

Способ изготовления цилиндрического углеродсодержащего нагревательного элемента (4) для нагреваемого курительного изделия, нагревательного элемента, содержащего продолжающийся через него продольный канал для воздушного потока, причем его внутренняя поверхность покрыта покрывающим слоем (22), при этом включает стадии: а) формования цилиндрического нагревательного элемента (4) посредством экструзии углеродсодержащего материала через экструзионную головку (6), содержащую выходное отверстие (8) с установленным в нем сердечником (10) для образования канала для воздушного потока; и b) нанесения текучего покрывающего вещества (16) на внутреннюю поверхность канала для воздушного потока по ходу после сердечника. Покрывающее вещество (16) подается через подающий канал (12), продолжающийся в продольном направлении через сердечник (10) и при этом содержащий выходное отверстие в его конце. Покрывающим веществом смачивается внутренняя поверхность канала для воздушного потока в результате адгезии между покрывающим веществом и внутренней поверхностью, при этом образуя покрывающий слой (22) в ходе экструдирования цилиндрического нагревательного элемента (4).
