Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения охлаждающего элемента (1), применяемого в соединении с металлургической печью или с подобными устройствами. В способе обеспечивают каркас (3), выполненный в основном из меди и снабженный каналами (2) водяного охлаждения; в каркасе (3) обеспечивают крепежные элементы (4) для присоединения огнеупорных кирпичей (6) к каркасу (3), и огнеупорные кирпичи (6) соединяют с каркасом (3) с помощью крепежных элементов (4). Крепежные элементы (4), по меньшей мере, частично сформированы из удлиненных крепежных лент (5), выполненных из стали. Стальные удлиненные крепежные ленты (5) прикрепляют к каркасу (3) так, что стальные удлиненные крепежные ленты (5) вместе образуют между собой открытый промежуток (7), сужающийся в направлении от дна (8) открытого промежутка (7). Огнеупорные кирпичи (6) располагают в открытом промежутке (7) так, что огнеупорные кирпичи (6) находятся, по меньшей мере, частично в открытом промежутке (7). Изобретение также относится к охлаждающему элементу (1), применяемому в соединении с металлургической печью или с подобными устройствами, выполненному в основном из меди и снабженному каналами (2) водяного охлаждения.
