Abstract
Изобретение касается обнаружения героина и морфия в незаконных образцах наркотиков, а также для их разделения. Приготавливают жидкую пробу, полученную из изъятого образца, и разделяют ее на две равные аликвотные пробы, причем одна проба является контрольной, а другая главной. Оба образца обрабатывают соляной кислотой и гидроокисью натрия, которые вводят в образцы с разной последовательностью. После чего проводят измерение СФО контрольной пробы. Далее обнаруживают присутствие специфического спектрального образца морфия в измеренном СФО контрольной пробы и фиксируют величину интенсивности СФО в особой спектральной точке (контрольная величина). После 15 мин подкисления главного образца проводят аналогичные измерения и обнаружение морфия в главном образце.
