Abstract
Изобретение относится к сельскохозяйственному машиностроению. Задача изобретения заключается в создании условий для повышения полевой всхожести семян, их равномерного размещения вдоль ряда, снижении затрат на предпосевную культивацию, подпочвенное ленточное внесение гербицидов, эксплуатацию устройства, уменьшении эрозии и упрощении конструкции. Посевной комбайн выполнен в виде посевной секции (1), связанной с рамой сеялки (3). Рамка (4) посевной секции опирается посредством рычагов (5) на два опорных катка (6), размещенных в междурядьях. За опорными катками на рамке установлена универсальная культиваторная лапа (9). На лапе смонтирована крышка (11) с отверстием для установки распылителя гербицидов (12). За распылителем на крышке размещен каток для дробления почвы (13), вращающийся на оси (14) и связанный поводками (15) с цапфами рычагов (5). Ось (7) опорных катков соединена с осью (14) катка цепной передачей (16). За культиваторной лапой на посевной секции смонтирован узкоклиновой сошник (17) с щеками (18). В пяточной части сошника выполнена лыска (19), на щеках за сошником установлены ножи (20) и полозовидный вдавливатель семян (22) с ножами (23) в передней и конусной выемкой (24) в пяточной частях. Вдавливатель подпрессован пружиной (28).The invention relates to agricultural machinery. The objective of the invention is to create conditions for increasing field germination of seeds, their uniform placement along the row, reducing the cost of pre-sowing cultivation, subsoil tape application of herbicides, operation of the device, reducing erosion and simplifying the design. The sowing combine is made in the form of a sowing section (1) connected to the sowing frame (3). The frame (4) of the sowing section is supported by means of levers (5) on two support rollers (6) placed in between rows. A universal cultivator paw (9) is installed on the frame behind the support rollers. A claw is equipped with a cover (11) with a hole for the installation of a herbicide sprayer (12). Behind the sprayer on the lid there is a roller for crushing the soil (13), which rotates on the axis (14) and is connected by leashes (15) with pins of levers (5). The axis (7) of the support rollers is connected to the axis (14) of the roller by a chain transmission (16). Behind the cultivator paw on the sowing section is mounted a narrow wedge coulter (17) with cheeks (18). The heel (19) is made in the heel part of the opener, on the cheeks behind the opener there are knives (20) and a skid-shaped indenter (22) with knives (23) in the front and conical notch (24) in the heel parts. The presser is pressed by the spring (28).
