Abstract
Изобретение относится к металлургической и строительной отраслям промышленности и может быть использовано при переработке отвальных шлаков, а именно извлечения из них металлических частиц (корольков). Способ переработки включает стадийно повторяющиеся операции дробления, воздушную сепарацию и сортировку шлака по крупности на перфорированной поверхности, с отбором металла из надрешетной фракции, а также избирательное измельчение материала на заключительной стадии. Согласно изобретению дробление на каждой стадии переработки проводят в режиме избирательного измельчения материала в слое, а воздушную сепарацию производят путем принудительного смешивания материала с регулируемым потоком воздуха. В результате реализации способа производят очистку отвальных шлаков от металлических включений, что делает возможным использование полученного продукта в качестве основного сырьевого компонента при производстве широкого спектра строительных материалов. Способ позволяет повысить экономическую эффективность процесса переработки отвального шлака за счет сокращения затрат на его реализацию.The invention relates to the metallurgical and construction industries and can be used in the processing of waste slag, namely the extraction of metal particles (korolkov). The method of processing includes stage-by-stage crushing operations, air separation and sorting of slag by size on a perforated surface, with the selection of metal from the oversize fraction, as well as selective grinding of the material at the final stage. According to the invention, the crushing at each stage of processing is carried out in the mode of selective grinding of the material in the layer, and air separation is carried out by forced mixing of the material with an adjustable air flow. As a result of the implementation of the method, waste slag is cleaned from metallic inclusions, which makes it possible to use the obtained product as the main raw material component in the production of a wide range of building materials. The method allows to increase the economic efficiency of the processing of waste slag by reducing the cost of its implementation.
