Abstract

Предложено устройство и способ для размагничивания железнодорожного рельса и его крепежных элементов, выполненное с возможностью перемещения вдоль рельса и включающее магниты. Размагничивающее устройство состоит из магнитных секций, которые разнесены в продольном направлении и соединены между собой посредством немагнитных держателей. Каждая секция включает магнитопровод, имеющий П-образную форму, а указанные магниты размещены в магнитопроводе, причем при установке устройства в рабочем положении магнитопровод каждой секции размещен над железнодорожным рельсом и его крепежными элементами, при этом намагниченности магнитов указанных секций отличаются друг от друга. Переменное магнитное поле, создаваемое магнитами, в равной степени воздействует на железнодорожный рельс и его крепежные элементы, что позволяет одинаково эффективно осуществлять размагничивание как железнодорожного рельса, так и его крепежных элементов. The variable magnetic field created by the magnets equally affects the railway rail and its fasteners, which makes it possible to equally effectively demagnetize both the rail and its fasteners. Thus, the complex demagnetization of the superstructure is ensured.
