Abstract
В изобретении описан роликовый подшипник (1) подвешенной на шарнире консоли, содержащий по меньшей мере частично круговую наружную часть (2), по меньшей мере частично круговую внутреннюю часть (3) и некоторое число роликов (5), помещенных между наружной частью (2) и внутренней частью (3). Роликовый подшипник отличается тем, что по меньшей мере один из роликов (5) включает две противоположные криволинейные боковые поверхности (6, 7), которые при рассмотрении по меньшей мере в одном поперечном сечении образуют дуги единой воображаемой окружности (10), и которые образуют контактные поверхности с наружной и внутренней круговыми частями (2, 3) соответственно, и включает по меньшей мере одну боковую поверхность (8, 9), лежащую внутри упомянутой воображаемой окружности (10). За счет этого получается, что число роликов в подшипнике может быть увеличено, что снижает нагрузку на каждый отдельный ролик при той же общей удельной нагрузке, увеличивая тем самым общую допустимую нагрузку на подшипник. Это происходит благодаря тому, что по меньшей мере часть поверхности обычного цилиндрического ролика, не вступающая в контакт с наружной или внутренней частью подшипника при небольшом вращательном возвратно-поступательном движении удаляется, что существенно уменьшает пространство, занимаемое каждым из роликов по окружности подшипника.
