Abstract

Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает антитела, или их фрагменты, для выделения и/или идентификации эпитопов эндогенных ретровирусов, предпочтительно, эндогенного ретровируса, ассоциированного с меланомой, и клетки гибридомы, продуцирующие указанные антитела. Антитела, в особенности, полезны для лечения и диагностирования рака. Дополнительно, настоящая заявка охватывает диагностические наборы для выявления раковых клеток, в особенности, клеток меланомы и способы диагностирования рака, с применением указанных антител.
