Abstract

Рулонный пресс-подборщик содержит дополнительный барабан с верхней подачей, расположенный после барабана предварительного измельчения с нижней подачей. Рулонный пресс-подборщик содержит подборщик для относительно широкого валка сельскохозяйственной культуры и камеру прессования со значительно более узким впуском. Барабан предварительного измельчения содержит центральный участок, служащий опорой для множества способных вращаться элементов для перемещения сельскохозяйственной культуры, причем чередующихся как со множеством относительно неподвижных режущих пластин, так и со множеством относительно неподвижных стрипперов для принудительного перемещения резанной сельскохозяйственной культуры от барабана, и концевые участки, служащие опорой для способных вращаться, причем расположенных по спирали лент для приема широкого валка сельскохозяйственной культуры от устройства для подбора, и принудительного перемещения принятой сельскохозяйственной культуры к центральному участку. Дополнительный барабан создает S-образную или змеевидную траекторию для сельскохозяйственной культуры с минимальным мертвым пространством и при этом является быстродействующим питателем для начала формирования рулона. Неподвижные стрипперы для дополнительного барабана препятствуют выходу сельскохозяйственной культуры из пресс-подборщика после дополнительного барабана.
