Изобретение относится к области медицины и направлено на создание средств и методов, которые могут использоваться как в токсикологической практике, так и в профилактических целях населением в бытовых ситуациях для снижения риска заболеваемости такими опасными заболеваниями, к которым относятся отравления суррогатами алкоголя и токсическими компонентами спиртных налитков. Изобретение предусматривает использование известных химических соединений - вицинальных дитиогликолей. Их предлагается использовать по новому назначению, а именно для создания лекарственных средств, обладающих свойствами предупреждать возникновение или предупреждать развитие или снижать скорость протекания патологических процессов, вызываемых интоксикацией суррогатами алкоголя. Предлагаемые вещества снижают или блокируют фармакологические эффекты введения спиртов и их производных, т.е. оказывают прямое воздействие на патогенетические механизмы развития интоксикаций. Отмечено, что наибольшую эффективность эти средства проявляют при пероральном применении. Изобретение сопровождается экспериментальным материалом, подтверждающим большую перспективу предлагаемых средств и метода профилактики, предусматривающего употребление средств перед приёмом или после приёма низкокачественных алкогольсодержащих напитков или суррогатов алкоголя. Внедрение предлагаемого изобретения позволит снизить количество интоксикаций, вызываемых суррогатами, снизить тяжесть таких интоксикаций, а также снизить токсическое воздействие алкогольных напитков при их бытовом употреблении.The invention relates to medicine and is aimed at creating tools and methods that can be used both in toxicological practice and for prophylactic purposes by the population in everyday situations to reduce the risk of morbidity with such dangerous diseases, which include poisoning with alcohol substitutes and toxic components of alcoholic beverages. The invention provides for the use of known chemical compounds - vicinal dithioglycols. They are proposed to be used for a new purpose, namely to create drugs with the properties to prevent the occurrence or prevent the development or reduce the rate of pathological processes caused by intoxication with alcohol substitutes. The proposed substances reduce or block the pharmacological effects of the introduction of alcohols and their derivatives, i.e. have a direct effect on the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of intoxication. It is noted that these agents are most effective when administered orally. The invention is accompanied by experimental material confirming the great prospect of the proposed means and method of prevention, which involves the use of funds before or after taking low-quality alcohol-containing drinks or alcohol substitutes. The implementation of the invention will reduce the number of intoxications caused by surrogates, reduce the severity of such intoxications, as well as reduce the toxic effects of alcoholic beverages during their domestic use.
