Abstract
Настоящее изобретение описывает способ получения N-α-аминогидроксифенилацетил или N-α-аминофенилацетил β-лактамового антибиотика, включающий IPNS-катализируемое превращение предшественника трипептида гидроксифенилглицилцистеинилвалин (HpgCV) или фенилглицилцистеинил-валин (PgCV), соответственно, в N-гидроксифенилглицил или N-фенилглицил β-лактамовый антибиотик, соответственно. Трипептид HpgCV или трипептид PgCV затем может быть получен контактированием аминокислот гидроксифенилглицина (Hpg) или фенилглицина (Pg), цистеина (С) и валина (V) с нерибосомальной пептидной синтетазой (NRPS) для того, чтобы осуществить образование трипептида HpgCV или трипептида PgCV, NRPS, содержащей первый модуль M1, специфичный к Hpg или Pg, второй модуль М2, специфичный к С, и третий модуль М3, специфичный к V.
