Abstract

Изобретение относится к транспортному машиностроению и касается конструкции корпусных деталей для термостатов системы жидкостного охлаждения двигателей внутреннего сгорания (ДВС). Задача изобретения состоит в создании конструкции корпуса термостата, более удобного для сборки/разборки и более дешевого и надежного в эксплуатации в сравнении с его аналогами. Поставленная задача решается тем (фиг. 2), что корпус термостата, содержащий скрепленные между собой основание 1 и крышку 2, сообщенные патрубками 6, 7, при этом основание снабжено фланцем 3 с канавкой 4 под уплотнительное кольцо для соединения с фланцем коллектора системы водяного охлаждения двигателя внутреннего сгорания, имеет отличительные признаки: основание 1 и крышка 2 скреплены между собой свинчиванием либо при помощи байонета, при этом применен элемент их фиксации и они выполнены из полимерного материала. Вариантами изобретения являются нижеследующие: основание 1 и крышка 2 свинчены между собой с помощью резьбового соединения; основание 1 и крышка 2 свинчены между собой с помощью байонетного соединения; в качестве элемента фиксации применено или гребенчатое зацепление, или шпилька, или штифт, или Г-образный кронштейн 15, одна полка которого свободно расположена на фланце основания для соединения с фланцем коллектора системы водяного охлаждения ДВС, а другая полка закреплена на боковой поверхности крышки; упомянутый фланец 3 основания 1 и его канавка 4 под уплотнительное кольцо выполнены прямоугольной формы. Благодаря такому взаимному скреплению деталей 1, 2 обеспечивается оперативная сборка и разборка корпуса термостата.The invention relates to the transport industry and the design of housing parts for thermostats of the liquid cooling system of internal combustion engines (ice). The objective of the invention is to create the design of the thermostat housing, more convenient for assembly / disassembly and cheaper and more reliable in operation in comparison with its analogues. The task is solved by that (Fig. 2) that the thermostat housing containing the base 1 and the cover 2 fastened together with the pipes 6, 7, while the base is equipped with a flange 3 with a groove 4 under the sealing ring for connection to the flange of the water cooling system collector internal combustion engine, has distinctive features: the base 1 and the cover 2 are fastened together by screwing or with a bayonet, the fixation element is used and they are made of a polymeric material. The embodiments of the invention are as follows: the base 1 and the cover 2 are screwed together by means of a threaded connection; the base 1 and the cover 2 are screwed together with a bayonet connection; As the fixation element, either a comb gear, or a pin, or a pin, or an L-shaped bracket 15 is applied, one shelf of which is freely located on the base flange for connection to the flange of the water-cooled engine cooling system and the other shelf is fixed on the side surface of the cover; said flange 3 of base 1 and its groove 4 for the sealing ring are rectangular in shape. Due to this mutual bonding of parts 1, 2, an operative assembly and disassembly of the thermostat housing is ensured.
