Abstract
Изобретение относится к методам поверхностной обработки металлов, в том числе с помощью высококонцентрированных потоков энергии, предназначено для обработки деталей и инструмента с целью повышения их износостойкости и эксплуатационных свойств. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является получение поверхностно-упрочненных деталей и инструмента из углеродистых и легированных сталей, обладающих повышенной износостойкостью рабочей поверхности, а также высокой прочностью и твердостью основы, долговечностью. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе ионно-лучевой обработки деталей и инструмента из углеродистых и легированных сталей, включающем высокотемпературную термическую обработку детали с охлаждением и последующее ее облучение ионами металла или газа, высокотемпературную термическую обработку осуществляют токами высокой частоты с нагревом со скоростью V=20-500°C/c до температуры выше фазовых превращений на 100-150°С и быстром охлаждении с критической скоростью.The invention relates to methods for surface treatment of metals, including using highly concentrated energy flows, intended for machining parts and tools in order to increase their wear resistance and performance properties. The task is achieved by the fact that in the method of ion-beam processing of parts and tools made of carbon and alloyed steels, including high-temperature heat treatment of a part with cooling and its subsequent irradiation with metal or gas ions, high-temperature heat treatment is performed by high-frequency currents with heating at a rate of V = 20-500 ° C / c to a temperature above the phase transformations at 100-150 ° C and rapid cooling at a critical speed.
