Abstract
Задачей изобретения является гидрофобный материал, адсорбирующий нефть, отделяющий нефть от воды так же, как и способы его получения и применения указанного материала, который подходит для сбора и удаления углеводородов и других загрязнений нефтяного содержания с твердой поверхности и также с воды. В процессе способа адсорбционный материал изготавливали из сырья на основе мела со вспомогательным материалом и в процессе приготовления адсорбционного материала используется молотый и высушенный мел, который отличается тем, что в процессе приготовления адсорбционного материала в качестве сырья применяется молотый и высушенный мел (CaO) с процентным содержанием 29,3-86,2 мас.%, предпочтительно 39,1-72,84 мас.%, и в процессе спокойного перемешивания в качестве вспомогательных материалов добавляются жидкий поглощающий агент и жидкий катализатор с общим процентным содержанием 3,45-11,75 мас.%, предпочтительно 4,12-9,21 мас.%, где 2,95-7,75 мас.%, предпочтительно 4,15-5,85 мас.% составляет жидкий поглощающий агент и 1,2-3,4 мас.%, предпочтительно 1,34-1,76 мас.% составляет жидкий катализатор, затем в процессе добавочного спокойного перемешивания к хорошо смешанному и спокойно перемешиваемому материалу добавляется 18,25-55,75 мас.%, предпочтительно 26,55-48,45 мас.% воды и стабилизатора, затем после химической реакции готовый адсорбционный материал дегидратируют, извлекают, охлаждают и оставляют в покое в течение 24-48 ч, причем состав адсорбционного материала следующий: пальмитиновая кислота 2,75-6,75%; стеариновая кислота 0,75-3,75%; олеиновая кислота 30-97,5%; линолевая кислота 9-33%; линоленовая кислота 3,5-15%; эруковая кислота <3%; состав катализатора, применяемого в процессе способа: этиловый спирт 45-97%; денатурат 0,1-0,50%; каталитическая добавка 3,00-54,5%; состав
