Изобретение относится к устройству, содержащему молокопроводящий трубчатый элемент (1) из эластичного материала. Трубчатый элемент выполнен с возможностью проводить поток молока и содержит стенку (6) с наружной поверхностью (6а) и внутренней поверхностью (6b), обращенной к внутреннему пространству (7) трубчатого элемента. Первый электродный элемент (11) обеспечен в стенке и имеет первую поверхность контакта (13), обращенную к внутреннему пространству и обеспеченную для контакта с молоком, протекающим в трубчатом элементе. Первый электродный элемент (11) образован из электропроводящего полимера.
