Abstract

Изобретение относится к области переработки угля и может быть использовано в энергетике и химической промышленности для получения углеродных адсорбентов, металлургического полукокса, энергетического или технологического газа. Предложен способ переработки угля, включающий розжиг угля в герметичной камере, измерение температуры в камере по её высоте, отбор газа у вершины камеры и подачу газифицирующего агента снизу вверх. Переработку угля ведут, поддерживая оптимизированные значения разницы температур горящего слоя и газа в точке его выхода из камеры. Устройство для осуществления этого способа состоит из камеры 1 и содержит датчики 6 температуры газа и температуры угля, которые электрически соединены с регулятором подачи воздуха 11 посредством блока управления 12 с возможностью автоматического регулирования подачи воздуха в зависимости от разницы максимальной температуры горящего угольного слоя и температуры газа на выходе из камеры. Использование предложенного способа переработки угля и устройства для его осуществления даёт возможность увеличить производительность процесса без ухудшения параметров и состава продуктов переработки.The invention relates to the field of coal processing and can be used in the energy and chemical industries for the production of carbon adsorbents, metallurgical semi-coke, energy or process gas. The processing of coal is carried out, maintaining the optimized values of the temperature difference between the burning layer and the gas at the point of its exit from the chamber. A device for implementing this method consists of a chamber 1 and contains sensors 6 of gas temperature and coal temperature, which are electrically connected to the air supply controller 11 by means of a control unit 12 with the ability to automatically control the air supply depending on the difference between the maximum temperature of the burning coal layer and the gas temperature out of the camera. Using the proposed method of processing coal and the device for its implementation makes it possible to increase the productivity of the process without degrading the parameters and composition of the processed products.
