Изобретение относится к горному делу и может быть использовано при разработке фосфоритовых залежей, в том числе желвакового типа и пластов малой мощности. Задача предполагаемого изобретения - повышение эффективности разработки пластов фосфоритовых залежей методом выщелачивания. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе, включающем вскрытие пласта фосфоритовой залежи как минимум двумя (закачной и добычной) скважинами, их обсадку коррозионно-стойкими колоннами труб, оборудование забойной части скважин фильтрами, а устье - фонтанной арматурой и насосно-компрессорными трубами, сбойку скважин, выбор типа и концентрации кислоты, обеспечивающих наиболее высокую селективность извлечения полезного компонента, закачку подобранного растворителя в закачную скважину, откачку из добычной скважины получаемого раствора, закачную скважину оборудуют дополнительно волновым излучателем, волновым отражателем и пакером, сбойку скважин осуществляют с помощью колтюбинговой установки и гибкой цельнотянутой трубы, по насосно-компрессорным трубам подают в продуктивный пласт подобранный растворитель с одновременным наложением упругих волн, для которых он служит волноводом, упругие волны ориентируют волновым отражателем и пакером в нужном направлении и таким образом наводят на межскважинном участке залежи расчетную проницаемость. Использование предлагаемого способа позволит повысить эффективность разработки фосфоритовых залежей методом выщелачивания за счет формирования дополнительной проницаемости продуктивного пласта. При образовании «геохимических барьеров» способ позволяет их разрушать и одновременно уменьшать вязкость рабочих растворов, интенсифицировать процесс растворения желваковых фосфоритов. С утечками рабочих растворов и водопритоками предлагаемый способ позволяет бороться путем создания кольматационных экранов с использованием энергии ударных волн и колтюбинга, а сбойка скважин с помощью гибкой трубы и направленного волнового воздействия делается процессом управляемым.The invention relates to mining and can be used in the development of phosphate deposits, including jelly type and formations of low power. The wells are connected using a coiled tubing unit and a flexible seamless pipe. the waves orient the wave reflector and the packer in the right direction and thus induce the calculated permeability at the interwell hole of the deposit. The use of the proposed method will improve the efficiency of the development of phosphate deposits by the leaching method due to the formation of additional permeability of the reservoir. With the formation of "geochemical barriers" method allows them to destroy and at the same time reduce the viscosity of the working solutions, to intensify the process of dissolution of cholelum phosphorites. With the leakage of working solutions and water inflows, the proposed method allows you to fight by creating clogging screens using the energy of shock waves and coiled tubing, and the bleeding of wells with a flexible pipe and directional wave action is made process controlled.
