Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу изготовления ориентированных нарезаемых пленочных лент, включающему следующие шаги: экструдирование расплавленного полимера через головку (2); одновременное охлаждение и протягивание расплавленного полимера в охлаждающем устройстве для формирования листа (3) пленки; разрезание исходного листа пленки на множество относительно узких нарезаемых пленочных лент (4); растягивание (8) при повышенной температуре посредством пропускания нарезаемых пленочных лент через нагревательную среду (7) с температурой несколько ниже температуры размягчения пленочных лент; отжиг и охлаждение ориентированных нарезаемых пленочных лент (10, 11); намотку нарезаемых пленочных лент (13). Способ отличается тем, что перед шагом растягивания предусмотрен шаг предварительного растягивания (108), осуществляемый посредством пропускания нарезаемых пленочных лент через один набор нагреваемых поддерживающих валов (107), вращающихся с заданной скоростью, и через один набор охлаждаемых валов предварительного растягивания (109), вращающихся быстрее по сравнению с нагреваемыми поддерживающими валами, причем по меньшей мере один вал из набора поддерживающих валов нагревается, а по меньшей мере один вал из набора валов предварительного растягивания охлаждается. Изобретение также относится к устройству для осуществления данного способа и к продуктам, получаемым указанным способом.
