Abstract

Управляющий клапан для использования в системах переноса жидкости, таких как системы отопления или охлаждения, содержит регулятор перепада давления для поддержания постоянного перепада давления между входной стороной и выходной стороной и устройство для установки и регулирования максимального потока жидкости, протекающей через клапан. Это устройство включает поточный клапан, имеющий два взаимодействующих клапанных элемента (4, 6), расположенных на пути потока и выполненных в виде двух концентрических колец, каждое из которых имеет прорезь, проходящую по окружности приблизительно на 180°. Наружное кольцо (4) установлено неподвижно относительно корпуса клапана, а внутреннее кольцо (6) может перемещаться в направлении по окружности с помощью поворотной рукоятки, благодаря чему можно устанавливать большее или меньшее перекрытие между прорезями, тем самым можно вручную устанавливать максимальную величину потока. Внутреннее кольцо (6) может перемещаться в осевом направлении, в результате чего можно устанавливать большее или меньшее перекрытие прорезей в осевом направлении и тем самым регулировать величину потока в заданных пределах, например с помощью исполнительного механизма. В крайнем положении устройства поток можно полностью блокировать.
